Jolk pallet racks
The dimensions of the Jolk pallet racks are based on the pallet size 1100x700 mm (DxW). With classic pallet racking, you have direct access to each individual pallet (First In - First Out).
Jolk pallet racking designs for your warehouse
We offer Jolk pallet racks with lengths of 1800, 2700 and 3600 mm: In the 1800 mm long uprights of the racks you store 2 EURO- pallets, in the 2700 mm long rack uprights 3 EURO-pallets and in the 3600 mm long rack uprights 4 EURO-pallets without overhang next to each other.
Jolk pallet racks structure:
- Pallet load capacity up to 1,550 kg depending on version
- Bay loads up to 11,000 kg
- The load-bearing capacity of the floor must be checked on site
- Support uprights are adjustable in increments of 100 mm
- Outer uprights of pallet racks must be 500 mm higher than the top pair of uprights
- Clear shelf height = height of pallet (goods + pallet) + min. 100mm
- A racking bay must be equipped with at least 2 pairs of uprights
- Use impact protection for passageways
- Each upright must be anchored to the floor with two dowels
- 1-part uprights
