In 2011 Konrad Pumpe extended its production capacity by building a further production hall. We are now in the position to process complex machined individual and series components. The Vertical Machining Centre DMG 1035 V eco has a working range of 1035 X 500 X 510 mm.
The CNC-Universal-Lathe CTX 510 eco provides us with a first class prerequisite for demanding lathe work. The machine is equipped with the most modern 3D-control system software, an automatic mobile tailstock, a turret with 12 tool stations and a hydraulic 3-jaw chuck. The CTX 510 can machine work pieces with a length of 1050 mm and a diameter of 465 mm.
Our electronic grooving and profiling machine is in the position to machine grooves between 3 and 32 mm in width over a length of 425 mm from a bore diameter of 10 mm.
